Participants in an embodied practice session under a tent

Most trauma-informed training stops at theory. Ours starts where others leave off. Through role-play scenarios, nervous system exercises, and collaborative problem-solving, participants develop the capacity to identify trauma responses in real time, establish genuine psychological safety, and manage crises with both empathy and effectiveness.

You'll practice de-escalation in realistic scenarios, learn self-regulation techniques you can use under pressure, and translate trauma-informed principles into actionable steps across intake, boundary-setting, and conflict resolution.

It's about building muscle memory for showing up differently when the stakes are high.
